How long does a tire installation take?

For a standard four-tire installation, plan on about 45 to 60 minutes. Custom wheels or low-profile tires may take longer. We recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment to minimize your wait.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments get priority. For custom wheel installations or major packages, we strongly recommend calling ahead so we can have everything ready when you arrive.

How often should I get my tires rotated?

Every 5,000 to 7,500 miles is the standard recommendation. Rotating extends tire life by promoting even wear. Many of our tire installations include free lifetime rotations.

How do I know when I need new tires?

Three quick checks: (1) Tread depth below 2/32 inch — use the penny test. (2) Sidewall cracks or bulges. (3) Vibration or unusual noise at highway speeds. If in doubt, stop by and we'll inspect them for free.

Can you repair a flat tire?

Yes, if the puncture is in the tread area and less than 1/4 inch. We use industry-standard patch-plug repairs — the only method approved by tire manufacturers. Sidewall damage can't be safely repaired.

What is road-force balancing?

Road-force balancing measures both weight imbalance and radial force variation — the two main causes of vibration. It's more precise than standard spin balancing and is especially important for low-profile tires and large wheels.

How often should I get an alignment?

Once a year, or any time you hit a curb, pothole, or major road hazard. Also after installing new tires, suspension components, or if you notice uneven wear or pulling.

Can I put larger wheels on my car?

Yes, within reason. The rule of thumb is to stay within 3% of your stock overall diameter. We'll help you choose the right wheel size, tire size, and offset to keep your speedometer accurate and avoid rubbing.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer flexible financing options through third-party partners. Ask us in person or call for details on current plans.

What brands do you carry?

We carry most major tire brands (Michelin, Goodyear, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Continental, and more) and top wheel brands (Forgiato, Fuel, Lexani, Vossen, and more). If we don't stock it, we can usually order it.

Do you buy used tires?

We don't buy used tires, but we do offer disposal for old tires when we install new ones. Our pricing already includes disposal fees.

Where are you located?

We're at 41 S Capitol Ave, San Jose, CA 95127 — just off Capitol Expressway. Plenty of parking, easy access from anywhere in the South Bay.
